Autumn Tea in the Countryside (All welcome)

Join us for this year's Autumn Tea in the Countryside in partnership with SPARK Community Café, Kentucky Humanities, and the Coyle Family. The tea will be held on Sunday, October 9 from 3-5 at the Old Church Barn Farm in Nonesuch, 4440 Ford’s Mill Road.

Tickets are $25 per person. Stop by the Library to purchase a ticket. All proceeds benefit the Friends of the Woodford County Library.

  • Enjoy catering from SPARK Community Café and listen to live music.
  • See a special Chautauqua performance of Mary Carson Breckinridge, historical Kentuckian and founder of Frontier Nursing Service, portrayed by Chautauqua actor Janet Scott.
  • Bid on quilts and other art pieces from the Friends of the Library's Mixed Media Show and Silent Auction.

The Chautauqua performance is free and open to the public, and will take place at 4:15pm. Those wanting to see the Chautauqua only will still need to get a free Chautauqua only ticket. Please stop by the Main Library or call Heather at (859) 873-5191 to sign up for a ticket.
